Look for areas with high tourist demand and strong rental yields, and consider attending real estate seminars to gain insights into the latest trends and strategies.

Attending industry events, joining local real estate groups, and participating in online forums can provide valuable insights and opportunities.

I am a newbie, however, I've read and also attended multiple programs about BRRRR strategy.

You can handle the eviction yourself if you have the time to learn the process (know your local landlord-tenant laws and follow them to a T) and attend court, otherwise hiring an attorney can be money well spent.
