I also don't really "need" deals to keep me going to it helps me stay more focused on what really matches up with what I'm looking for.  

Some big banks will even match the rate of discount/online brokers.

They matched mine well, and gave me confidence in my ARV estimate.

According to the current Shiller PE Ratio (aka Cyclically Adjusted PE Ratio, aka CAPE Ratio), of 30 we are at a height only matched by Black Friday and exceeded by Dot Bomb (ref http://www.multpl.com/shiller-pe/).

Stop contributing more than what your company will match in the 401K, get rid of those car payments, student loans, toys bought on time etc... 

I wouldn't push too much if the results of work are matching agreed expectations.

Everybody has a different level of risk tolerance, so you need to find yours and master it.I have several friends who only park their money in 401(K) accounts, max out every, take advantage of company matching and are okay with volitality.

And also the leaking roof will be fixed and re-shingled w/ style to match the property.

I do everything myself and buy used whenever possible to match the standards of this neighborhood. 

Working in both insurance and looking at investments, I've never seen the county numbers match up with the actual value of the home.
