It looks like there are spacers available to ensure the tiles are placed correctly in relation to each other, and I'm not afraid of using a tile cutter for the edge pieces.

The warping or buckling could also be caused by not maintaining the proper expansion gap along the perimeter walls.I would recommend using a more stable product which is probably a bit more expensive.

She was using a tax definition for "in service" which differed from "Placed-in-Service" and I thought she was using straight English, when she was actually using another definition.Regardless, the last couple forum posts helped me to fill out my first P&L Statement, so I do greatly appreciate the feedback on these terms.

I am learning about turbo tenant and feel fairly confident I could manage most things using it (as long as tenants were able and willing to cooperate with using a computer/app)  However I'd still like a property manager/company whose name, address etc is what is exposed on the lease agreement.
