If someone posts something negative about me that is not true and I request them to retract it and they do not, they will be getting sued for enough that they will never consider doing it again.

Not always true, however typically HELOCs will go to a max loan to value ratio of 85, sometimes 90%.

But 3) Try multifamily specific brokers, crexi and loopnet, although 2-4 units maybe scarce. 4) A home equity line of credit is a good source of funds however it will generally make your overall monthly payments higher, so unless a deal is very solidly cashflowing, a HELOC may put you into negative cashflow. 7) Typically electric/gas are paid by the tenant - however this isn't true across the board.

Credit scores are a reflection of someone's ability to learning and understanding the rules of the game and haveing the discipline to play by them.If you already have good credit, already pay everything on time (autopay), then increaseing your limits will probably help you the most, because it gets your utilization down, ideally under 10%.Higher hanging fruits are average credit and account age (just have to wait for that I guess) and inquiries, which are sometimes unavoidable as real estate investors.

Not an app just data, but this is a great website to know what the bottom for rent is for section 8 often times, this isn't true all the time so you have to be aware (it is more true in more populated cities).
