Yes, having an extender, hiring a technician to install the ethernet wire, and moving the router is my last resort here if other options are more expensive.

I'm based in ski country Ontario (good one, right?!) 

Currently location wise I’ve been told my local agents it’s best to get a property 5-15mins away from the ski resorts.

Even though the LA county says non permitted constructions can be required to be deconstructed I am fairly sure this is usually a last resort.
