My property always ends up being re-posted with scam info attached and the quality of applicant I get there always seems to be not quality.

Making a borrower feel grateful is simply part of the scam, you could give a starving person raw fish to eat and you could make them happy.

My wife called it a scam within minutes of me speaking on the research I had done, and conversations I had with there representatives/sales.  

When they contacted me prior to learning of this forum, I just assumed they were straight up scam artists.

I am a dentist.  A dentist with an unfulfilled interest in real estate who always entertained the idea of having several small multi family rentals someday.  Someday being in the future when my kids are a bit older, ...

To bad there isn't any legit company out there that does this, at least I haven't found one yet, just all a bunch of scams, but after all this is America!

My experience with property managers was one that would quickly put the small guy out of business.I spend a considerable amount of time and money staying educated because the tenant/ landlord laws are a land mine for unsuspecting and uninformed small landlords.
