I wouldn't message anyone,, but confirm price with everyone from this point on.. if questioned just say was a error in the posting.But if you took an application you'd have to honor the price if the applicant was approved.

If I did not have 1031 money, I could have invested as a passive in a deal with a successful lead that would have taught me step by step and I would not have made those 2 rookie mistakes.I learned the hard way.

@Bart Hedgcock, @Gail Kaitschuck , thank you both for your advice, I think I made a rookie mistake and did not add any early termination clause in the lease, does the texas state law automatically takes over and protects me in this case?
