@Ken Sanders Here in central PA you could use S&T Bank and Members First Federal Credit Union can offer both Lines of Credits based on equity you have on an investment property (80% LTV) as well as business lines of credit. 

I see posts on CA insurance that appear to be ignorant to both the past method used to set insurance prices as well as the approach the current commissioner is advocating.The current policy had insurers set rates based on past losses.  

Such strategic zoning decisions bolster the provision of affordable living spaces, invigorating local economies by amplifying the consumer base to support nearby businesses.

Investment also spiked in Class A Short-Term Rentals (STR) and investors started paying higher and higher prices based upon anticipated STR rental rates, that exceeded sustainability based upon Long-Term Rental rates (LTR).

I’m based outside the U.S., so any insights on managing investments remotely would be helpful.I’m also open to being as involved as necessary to reach this goal.Thanks in advance for your help!
