Log into Loopnet.com, click on a multifamily listing, open the OM, scroll to the bottom and find the Listing agents name.

Until you've mastered your local area and the up-and-coming spots around it, what kind of mentorship sends you to sit at your computer and scroll through lists online of what's good.

I thought this was an awesome idea, as automated alerts can provide a deal to look at while I'm waiting in line at the store or, ahem, dropping the kids off at the pool, as opposed to mindlessly scrolling through Facebook or Pintrest looking at that neat shelf I'll never build or my friends' latest rants about their opinions.

They can "say" what they want and relay that there is a problem but until it is on paper, it is just mindless ramblings of people.

I work full time in IT but not as smart as you are :)I keep scrolling through the bp podcasts in stitcher but it's so annoying to find what I want.
