I've been wanting to get my Real Estate Licence for quiet some time and the issue I run into is that Idaho does not offer online classes.

I got my real estate licence to help cut the commission as well as have access to the MLS.

Option three is also improbable, unless you are in the GTA or will shadow someone who is wholesaling in the U.S.A.If you want to get started in real estate, there are many jobs you can do {even while still in high school} and earn your first down payment while you learn:  become an assistant or apprentice with a trade (electrician, plumber, carpenter, mason, landscaper, etc); take an entry-level job with a real estate brokerage while studying to get your real estate licence; take a job with a property management company, etc.  

Each for different reasons.Route 1- worked in a real estate office, then got my licence.  

I considered it myself, but I would have to get the Real Estate Licence first, just to be able to take the test for the Property Management Licence, right?

@Jodi G  you actually don't need a licenced servicer in the state of TX.

BTW: Under the Florida Law, You need the Real Estate Licence, but you don't have to share the 10% with your broker (if you are an agent).

Currently stationed in California, moving back home to Maryland where i will get my real estate licence and start school in marketing.

I miss workers compensation fees, licences/permits, accounting/legal, advertising, office and lawn costs.
