Has anyone had luck offering say $100 for a successful referral (one that leads to tenant placement), bec. it sounds like you aren't satisfied with the quantity of showings and that might get people to come out.

That said, when we examine a property with oil heat, we will budget the cost of converting it to either gas or electric in our offer analysis.Our reasons to move from oil are as follows:1) environmental and health liability of storing large quantities of fuel oil (essentially diesel) on-site.

I think real estate is all about integrity and building lasting relationships, quality over quantity.   

In order to be a part of those auctions you needed to be able to spend millions on large quantities of foreclosed properties.I don't think the amount of inventory in select area's is due to owner occupied purchases either.
