The Columbus OH is on fire because of the great macroeconomics - job growth, population growth, and major companies developing here (Intel, FB, Amazon, Google, etc.).

@Sharma Parth City of Flint is losing population, so not a great place to invest:(Detroit on the other hand, has been growing for the last 5-6 years and finally the US Census Bureau recognized that (please Google to verify!).

You might run some Google or Facebook Marketing and see if there's interest. 

They also have a pulse on who in the area has successful property management businesses (maybe themselves)3) Search direct booking sites in your area on google like "Vacation Rentals In Allentown" and see if websites pop up that are not airbnb or Vrbo you could reach out on.
