So I am trying to refine my spreadsheet for rental property analysis, and I am trying to figure out what percentages to allocate for the various expenses that come with a property.

If they accept an offer of $80k (unlikely), then I could have COC of 10%.Quick question Jaysen, do you allocate that 15% capex/repair money to another account somewhere?

No, just being responsible to the Tenants that truly need it, which I will determine, since I will be the one allocating those resources to them. 

It would only mean you're getting a fraction of the tax benefit for the wear and tear on your vehicle while the rest is being allocated to the other members, as Michael noted. 

My only hope is the $500 billion that is allocated to industries affected by the crisis.  

If it is implemented that is.They allocated $10 billion for this grant program, so essentially the first 1 million who ask for it get it.It’s not in effect yet, but when it is, I believe it is the best I’ve seen for smaller property owners affected by the virus.

Technically $10 billion has been allocated for this, so 1 million small businesses can receive this $10k grant
