If the PM screwed up your insurance claim, why did you continue working with them?

I love the simplicity, the functionality and it's made me a better investor because I'm doing the financials myself and therefore have to really understand what is happening in my business.

Slowly build out a repeatable process...if you continue to change things (as in different types of properties, different levels of renovation, different finish material, different neighborhoods, etc.) you create more variables and make it harder to solve to the problem.I am a math guy and less unknowns/variables you have the easier the problem will be to solve. 

I wonder if they continue to sell notes? 

@John McKeeI think it's a function of the market cycle.

In the case of a single family home house hack, say a single level ranch with a daylight basement - it lives and functions kind of like an up-down duplex, but the zoning and property type is 1 unit SFR.

I would recommend DSCR for you, or to continue contacting some other banks.
