Nearly 90% of our Turo traffic is airport traffic and our utilization across multiple cars averages out to 70% annual utilization so a competitively priced Airbnb in close proximity seems like a good strategy to me.

Kind of reminds me of repossessing a car.. you dont pay they come and hook up to it and haul it off :)  same thing here you have no right to be there and you get booted out.

Understood, the bricks should only take up about 3" from the edge of the window well opening so hopefully cars are not driving that close to the window well.
