I did call first and leave a voicemail on both office and cell, followed up the next day with an email, and finally sent a text as well.

I eat out once a week (I pack my lunches), no cable TV, cell phone bills are below average.

What you're trying to avoid are those folks who haven't paid their cell phone bills, cable, internet and on and on (the record I got was someone with...150...yes, 150 accounts in collections!).

Base on the pay stub she gave us, she can afford the rent, the only thing she didn't tell us, that she got breast cancer.

@Jake Thomas  good points.. when I first started in real estate sales circa 1975.. there was no internet heck there was not even a MLS or a computer on your desk top.. the MLS was a big book.I worked every weekend both days 50 weeks a year.. and I worked 3 to 4 nights during the night.what I did have time though during the day ( because not bogged down on computer or cell phone) was to golf fish other actives that I could do middle of the day..

Basically being late on one of my properties cost them almost $50-$70 half of their cell phone bill.
