I know this question is broad because of the possible chance that repairs might need to be included.

It seems like there is an array of options from buying property ourselves, or going in together with others on a larger property.Just wanted to see if there was any advice based on our area or situation. 

Unfortunately so many of them are on roads like Sullivant, Broad, Cleveland, etc.. areas where its not awful to have something on a sidestreet but the main road gets a lot of drama, so worry about tenant quality.

OPM is a broad way of saying, you have none of your own money in a deal, but you own/control it and make profits from it.
