Hi @Matthew Maggy,I've never done this, but it could work, as long as your building/walls don't expand and contract to much.As @Art Allen said, you could use an edge bead (commonly called "L" metal or bead around here) at all joints with the existing walls/ceiling.

Property also included a 30x60 metal building.

The exposed brick was not planned, the plaster wall & metal lath was crumbling and the furring rotted!
