We had a 5 unit "monster-house" in escrow that we were supposed to close on this coming Friday.

I wanted to gauge who would be interested in a virtual lunch/ networking event at Friday's at Noon to talk about the Connecticut market.

I had one loan officer from a Big Bank forget to order the COE until the Friday before closing, pushing closing 2 weeks.

I'm getting an estimate on Friday - so I don't know how long they will have to be out.
