I was in your shoes four months ago, and I had been learning and comping wholesale deals every day, until I found my current project in Scottsdale.

I am looking at a storage complex.  

I posted notices to go and do repairs and maintenance of of AC everything is gone all that is left is an old tv some shoes boxes with trash, light was cut. 

We are about to lose all our stuff that we have in storage because we cant afford the past due balance and this months payment. 

I'm very interested in hearing what anyone might do if they were in my shoes. 

But in your shoes I'd rent it out for sure man!
