@Jay Wang I like Austin of course but Austin is growing tremendously and the population should double by 2040.

With everything else going on it sounds like you are under a tremendous amount of stress.

They will also save you tremendous time.That being said, it's still worthwhile familiarizing yourself with the tax code.

Multi family attracts me because of the potential it offers to increase one's cashflow and net-worth tremendously in a relatively short amount of time compared to traditional means - at least this is impression I'm getting from numerous media/social media sources.

Learning a tremendous amount about real estate and "How to Invest In Real Estate" book is golden.
