Caleb,Based on nothing else that the fact that I just enjoy visiting these places, I would say Asheville, NC or Chattanooga, TN, not actually sure what those markets are like.Right now I cover territory from Augusta, GA to Columbia, SC and I am based in Aiken, SC.  

You will survive, you won't go broke, you can afford to hire someone to fix your problem, and playing with your child or grandchild is more precious  than anything on earth. 

Anyone with passion and love for this business knows how precious this chance is and I was able to meet and be exposed to things I otherwise wouldn't have yet.

Brunswick/Topsham down I295 to Portland has really strong demand, Waterville, Augusta, Lewiston can easily have 12-15% vacancy rates, Bath seems to have a lot of foreclosures and vacancies which I don't full grasp bc BIW is doing well.  3.

I would assume that all the hvac condensers and anything made of precious metals both outside as well as inside the buildings have been stolen.

Jackson, MS, Toledo, OH, and Augusta GA are a few.

It would be better to spend several hours coming up with an extremely accurate price than to waste weeks or even months of precious market time.
