One of the things that has helped me out a lot are podcast, go to the apple store type flip 2 freedom and just start listening to the podcast.

I am going post this one and it's going to be long (sorry in advance).When reading the discussion, I think it is devolving into debating the merits of apples, oranges, bananas and grapes all at the same time.

The odds of anyone paying thousands in uncollectable back rent, versus buying a huge TV, a nice car, going on a shopping spree, etc do NOT run in your favor.

Another possible stream is renting appliances, a tv, or some other small upgrade for a slightly increased monthly charge.

This makes it much easier to compare apples to apples.Electrical plans are good to have but local building code will determine most of it.

If you live hand to month working a minimum wage job, then come home and watch TV and play x-box, your live if unlikely to change.
