It'll run but wouldn't clean the clothes or dry it properly so I was in the process of throwing it out.It turns out that while I've been away, she's been going downstairs to clean her clothes and using the dryer. 

I mean EVERYTHING; clothes in the closet still with new tags, unused kitchen items, tons of childrens clothes, furniture, etc. etc. etc..

Put them both on the lease and make them aware that they are both on the hook for the entire amount of the rent for the entire duration of the lease.They may very well be awesome people, but I've known too many women who get sucked into relationships with "bad boys."

I went on Thursday of last week but I had no idea what I was looking at and I was too shy to ask the women that worked there (I know, got to get out of the comfort zone - but look, give me a break, I'm naturally shy and I at least walked in and got to the files; that's progress).

So im currently learning about becoming a real estate investor and I was watching this show called "The deed", where this women bought a land and started building her development of houses.
