Matterport, in my opinion, is a step above traditional video tours because it allows people to tour the property and view the measurements of each room. 

Now pretty much everyone has heard of and probably has used at least one of those booking platforms. 

These are rough numbers, 30 inquiries results in 5 to 8 property views, that results in 1 to 3 applications received.
