Account Closed  all 4 of my loans defaulted and it took about a year to unload them. but no vandilsm like you would get in any of hte bigger cities like in the mid west  given the same price points.

A downward market value on both prices of houses and rent might make me want to unload a property as well.

I'm assuming from the price you paid for these duplexes, they are in pretty rough neighborhoods in the City of Milwaukee which will make it very difficult to unload the lot.
