I know this would normally seem crazy in a small town but there is a HIGH demand for pet-friendly rentals (both Invermere, and people working at Panorama Ski Resort) and none of the rental companies are accommodating these people with pets (for good reason- I know). 

I am in the process of building a vacation rental on a four season resort.

We’re visiting Galveston from Dallas and fell in love with the island and our VRBO rental in the pointe west resort.

Resort vacations probably get more sales "in season" vs "off season".   

Last resort would have been eviction..

Big Sky is a ski town for the rich and famous.

Most people who go to Cancun go there for the all-inclusive resorts.

Best of luck man, I strongly agree with the first comment on trying to mend things before resulting to the last resort.
