Hey BP,I have about $90-100k saved up to buy a place of my own (possibly more, I’m closing on selling my father’s building in Sleepy Hollow, but I have to pay back the bank and my other siblings).

A place you went to school, where a sibling lives, a city where you grew up, just anything that lets you understand a market better than you can sitting at a computer.  

You should have enough equity that you could take out a mortgage sufficient to pay the siblings off and you keep the property.
