They are tad slower than erent, however its completely without cost to you or your tenant (unless they use a credit card). at 5 days... if you want to pay they will get your money in 3 business days.I would seriously consider all the players out there - many could be built on the same "shifting sands" that erent is... and just haven't shifted yet.

I like most of them by the way.I take it your buying something out in Yakima or walla Walla I love the wine that comes from that region.Money is made when wineries are sold... and when if your lucky your brand gets nationally renouned and some other player with lots of money comes in and buys you.My business partner for years   was president of Beringers and took it public and sold it to Fosters..

What personality types, profiles, etc are the average people who will 'try' to get into any form of RE investing.And who could be players against you.

If they give you crap throw it back and tell them....what they want is to deal with players with money for volume transactions.

I'm sure a football player in the NFL on the bench is looking for ways to make more money then his teammates. 

I've also met many of the key players at the networking events.

I'm planning on starting a meetup, there are none in my area, and getting some of the bigger BP players would really help to build interest and credibility rather quickly.It would be difficult for my area though because I'm planning the meetup to have local experts who can discuss strategies of the local market.

And weak deals attract game players and folks who call themselves investors but who actually waste your time.

You'll quickly realize, by the depth of the questions asked, who the big players are and which meetups are the ones to not miss.
