A few questions:Have any of you been in a similar situation where multiple partners were involved?

Does anyone have another system they are using that offers a similar list/mailer system to DealMachine but actually works? 

The local area has similar homes without the land but closer to town with rent over our mortgage so I’m hoping it’s possible.

@Jordan Sachs I can not speak to PA but in MN, yes, I have seen similar scenarios play out. 

I've seen some success in similar markets, especially with a good strategy for finding deals and managing costs.

If you find someone (or multiple agents) who are taking advantage of similar marketing strategies, you can get more inquiries this way.Lastly, I'd recommend an email campaign to all buyer, listing, and rental agents who are active the same area as the rental listing.All the best!

Eviction experience is still similar to your SFR experience.

While I understand this may not be the best time for high demand, the lack of inquiries has been unusually low—something I’ve never experienced before.When I searched for similar rentals in the area, I discovered that my listing does not show up properly.

From a property appreciation / ROI-on-sale point of view, its unclear how attractive such a property would be for a future buyer.Would really appreciate your thoughts on this Invest 5S proposition or similar build-to-rent units.
