I think the idea of paper pushers and more simple listing and real estate services seem cool in theory, but that human factor is still very important when selling or buying one of the most expensive things in your life.

Usually it just means a second means of egress, a heating/cooling source, a minimum ceiling height, and a closet.

An AC unit in beaucoup Hot weather may have an up charge from the installer because he knows he can get it from customers who want immediate cooling.

Meanwhile, the PM  could be spending, liquidating or moving assets from her or her company's name, which will make it harder for you to recover any money owed to you.
