Re-read my post, it was a series of factual statements.It is unfortunate that you have decided to believe that it's "dismissive" or "disrespectful" to observe that you (apparently) hold the ideological belief that persons of color and those commonly called "trailer trash" have not been f-cked hard, repeatedly, by the financial services sector, but your choice to hold an ideological belief has... nothing to do with reality or "truth".Buddy, I'm in the financial services sector.

The fact is, Dallas is incredibly diversified, and the single largest sector is actually technology.  

We're a Samsung prestige dealer and I sense a large potential for growth in this sector and with this company.  

There are reasonable and rational private-sector alternatives to 99.9% of what the govt does.

For the seasoned residential real estate investor, the “fix-and-flip” or rehab market is the most resilient sector of the real estate game.

My personal advice for anyone looking to get into business, regardless of what sector but ESPECIALLY real estate, GO GET A JOB IN SALES!!!!!

Thus, higher averages may point to larger and/or more frequent spending by the group.Know Where the Growth IsKnowing that the new growth due to major revitalization projects in an area once dominated by Atlantic Steel's wasteland, and that the surrounding area contained Georgia Tech and high dollar areas that approach Buckhead this sector was primed for new home/condo buyers.
