Hi Jesus,Our company does private lending in all of the big Metro LA market, in fact, our office is in the city of Upland right there next to Chino.We may have several options for you depending on how you want to tackle this.

This business is basically blocking and tackling and doing what other people are not willing to do.  

Currently has an ugly commercial drop ceiling installed - how we decide to tackle that one will depend on what it looks like underneath.

I have the inspection reports obviously, but I want to tackle issues that are of most importance to the current tenants to encourage them to stay.  

Anyone in the area have and incite or tips for tackling this challenge?

@Tyler Flagg thanks for the mention, but I'm sure your pay grade and knowledge base is well within the limits to tackle this type of project...To begin, Eric you should check with the city planning department if it's also located in Cumberland you'd likely want to call Kathy Morris or Joshua O'Neill.  

Of which Warren though the largest Detroit Sub is still an innocuous very small part. 

If you are looking to tackle "fix and flips", I recommend you get together with someone in the area who has done rehabs, to learn the process.  

What you tackle first, what you refinance and how that plays out down the road. 

However, I'm not keen on the idea of tackling a complete gut job (e.g. electrical rewiring, etc) from the onset.
