They really need food!

In any case, you might find the cost will be more than just trucking away excess dirt (or relocating it on site, if you're that lucky). 

They love LYFT/uber, walking and the growing subway system, and the occasional car/truck rental, some of your applicants may be the same due to changing demographics.

strong rental market, diverse economy, and a food scene you will enjoy... my 2 cents :-)

Hello BP,We recently acquired a condo in  Falls Church,VA area through court house for flipping.The owner/occupant was a old lady did not move out after we purchase the unit.While we are in legal process to get possession, i received a call from the HOA today that the neighbors of this unit observed a foul smell and called the police to see what is going on.we are breaking the lock as soon police arrive and get into the property.The smell could be from the leftover food or could be anything.To prepare for a worst case, i am trying to understand how to deal with the situation and get some affordable master cleaner referrals.Thank you,Vinod.

I think that is worth it because monthly complaints from tenants that want to move out because of a recurring pest problem will cost you way more than $200.I dealt with squirrels in the attic for $10 and ants for another $10 using the food bait/traps that they take back to their colony.

I digress...Birmingham is a charming city with good weather, great food, and a certain comfort to life.
