What they said^^^^No obtaining a permit for a structure that will be a habitable dwelling is just plain stupid... sorry - nothing personal.

It’s also annoying that you can’t obtain official cc&r rules until offers is accepted which is a waste of time! 

To add we have had 2 people that entertained the call.

or that “a real estate agent is considering giving up his license or is under investigation” before I spend the time and money tying to obtain their services?

Greetings, we are beginners with str investing, went under contract for a new construction house, 3/3.5, 2000 sq ft, across the street from the beach, good area with many restaurants and entertainment.

I have a verbal agreement to purchase the .59-acre parcel, but I would like to know if obtaining a commercial loan is feasible.

I personally wouldn't entertain the gift option as I think its an unnecessary step and it can take significantly longer.
