With access to more than 100 properties and in an entrepreneurship training program I was directed to do research and every time I was guided to BiggerPockets and was impressed with all the information and how free and engaging everyone was so I decided to join and am looking at the Pro status  I love what I do and have loved it since training with the union as one of the first women to be accepted into the Chicago Chapter of the Painters and Decorators Union.

Renting to men or women of straw makes no sense if you ever want to sue to recover damages.

Find an all in one or one stop shop service whose mission aligns with your goals and who can provide you with services to assist you versus just products to sell you and who ultimately empowers you by coming along side of you as you begin this great journey of real estate investing.  

But a secured creditor cannot, absent specifically being empowered to do so, prevent a current owner from re-entry and possession. 

I do not see many women's faces on BP.

With Veterans Day tomorrow I wanted to thank all of the veterans who proudly served.It's amazing how some people are truely ungrateful for acts of service that these men and women had or would have performed in the name of there country.
