If you are saying for safety/security reason.....think about it she could of made a copy anyways.Also, if you do not send a letter and tell the judge you didn't know her address, he will come back with you had her cell number or her email and you could of just asked her or told her where to meet you for it.

Hi Susan;If you are new to flipping I would tread cautiously and maybe look at some other alternatives to buying all cash that way you have more leverage and are not putting all of your eggs in one basket.

The other challenge is that among our all of our projects when I run the numbers for the same money, we run three to four small deals and have about twice the upside and not all of our eggs are in one basket.So September hits and we have to make a move, I am not to keen on the project, but my partner straight up tells me he wants to do the deal.
