I am looking for any investors, flippers, and investor friendly agents that are plugged into this specific sub-market of Indianapolis. 

I've met the owner, and my friend has 2 padsplit properties.

I just wish I listened to an old friend who used it on the silkroad.

I will also add that many independent travelers that do room rentals enjoy having their own fridge.To keep things kosher in shared spaces, my friend who runs PadSplit says every room comes with one colors or plates cups etc to ensure that guests are accountable for their own dishes.

I have a similar situation where a Canadian investor friend and myself (a US citizen) are planning to partner up in Florida to flip properties.

I made the layout more user friendly, added a whole wall of closets in the main bedroom, totally gutted kitchen and bath.

I am partnering on an exciting opportunity with a few friends / investors. 

In fact, pretty much all my Mexico-lover friends went to Europe this summer.
