At any rate if you have a bad feeling about this couple (and the "money business" of the boyfriend plus what sounds like 3 high energy children ready to wreck your house would worry me more) then find a way not to continue with their application process.good points. he did a typical diversion asking if the place was safe so you would think positively of him. honestly some people think that they are able to outsmart everyone. all we have to do is just to open our eyes and ears and observe.

But there is plenty of economic diversity and growth here. 

Along with the influx of new residents we have the same influx of diverse and high paying jobs moving here. 

Little Havana is a very touristy location full of vibrant culture and nearby to downtown.

We've done very well in most--military brings a strength and diversity to Colorado Springs, Arlington, and San Antonio but definitely are not the only game in town.

Only if I was young again, I could imagine house hacking and rent short-term to some exciting foreign guests, so much to learn from different cultures, or renting a room to a doctor or lawyer while they look for the primary home, what great connections you can make.

The reason is that there is a huge diversity of jobs by industry that is a huge advantage over any other areas of Texas and other parts of the country for that matter.
