A cleaner deal.

We were hoping that this would be a little cleaner but I understand that's what will throw most people off and should push through :)  I will investigate further, thanks for the links I will make some calls.

Anyone have recommendations for cleaners they like to do a deep clean.

With an 800+ credit score you should be able to borrow enough to pay off the shortage.I think you're getting taken to the cleaners by the property manager.How long has it been since you have seen the property?

Does anyone have a referral for a good handyman and also a cleaner who can do refresh work on rental units?

It's much cleaner in my opinion. 

@Anna Watkins If they are the original hardwood floors most likely the finish that was on them has worn down enough that the hardwood itself maybe easily damaged by the amount of water from the steam cleaner.

@Sukhi Singh It's an interesting idea, I also wonder how you would keep your product quality high with that many cleaners, managers, and place to furnish and design. 

How long does it take your cleaner to clean a 1, 2 or 3 bed home? 

It would be easier and cleaner to just open a new IRA account with Schwab (or similar) and transfer excess funds/cash flow from your SDIRA custodian to the new IRA.
