Seems to me as I've mentioned many times, the section on seller financing of the SAFE Act looks like it was designed to shut down such deals as they specifically included mobile homes and even residential lots or land that can be used as residential.

wow and good luck.another tidbit is to shut off the valve before the meter before you leave on vacation. this reminds me, i have to tell the tenants to let us know when they leave so i go and shut it for for them at no charge.

Even though she isn’t directly responsible for this repair they will have to shut her sewer off and do some type of reconnection that I’m not clear on at this point, so it involves her but apparently she isn’t responsible for sharing much (if any) of the cost.

Get in the house and cut the main water pipe before the meter. call the water department and tell them they need to shut it off at the street.

But I know he didn't pay December's rent to the old owner until the 23rd, and I know from the power company that as of the 15th of this month he was about to get his power shut off for non-payment (not sure if it did or not).He has yet to pay me for January ($630 + $100 late fee) and it's fast approaching the end of the month.
