To add onto this, if this comes out during the pre-screening process before you've made an appointment, do you still agree to show them the apartment and move forward with the application process or how would you handle this?

She mentioned her daughter is in food stamps and she has an appointment with social security in May. 

The only thing I could think of was making Skype appointments or something similar to walk inspectors through the property, but I think that'd be incredibly difficult for the inspector to fully do their job.

I live overseas, so that means setting up an appointment at the embassy (literally the only place I can go for a U.S. notary nearby).  

I've managed long distance properties for several years and built workflows that allow me to screen applicants, schedule their appointments, and provide both automated remote access and follow-up on their showings from multiple states away.

I still hear about every maintenance request and they lack necessary vendors at times( like a HVAC technician, which I think should be a must in the south) so I have to schedule the appointments myself.

Even here in Vegas Title company is non essential I was the last appointment on Wednesday for a property i sold in Indy to a hedge fund.. escrow officers were packing their office and working from home. 

I only leave my house to show homes, listing appointments, inspections, closings.  

We are on lockdown in NJ so there are no home visits, no renovations, nothing right now and I expect the full lockdown to last 2-4 weeks and then even after that, I don't think appointments will be easy even if sellers are desperate.
