We are developing the financial numbers for a Large CONDO project in Puerto Peñasco in Mexico, Near the actual projects of Mayan Palas Hotel and two other CONDO projects called Encanto and Luna Blanca.So far the legal aspect and construction financial structure are sound, but we need extra info on the demand side, specially from Phoenix and Tucson (Natural Markets for the CONDOS)Does anyone have some webpages or statistics that can help me see what is the current demand on this two cities for Mexican condos with Beach front?

I can't vouch for markets other than Cleveland, but here things can change very drastically on a street by street basis and just looking at census tract statistics won't give you enough information to understand that.

We have 10 B class rentals in a top high school and 10 double wides with renters in rent to own.  2 have moved through a mortgage closing are are now paying on a mortgage.It's too new for us to have any real eviction/forclosure statistics.
