Instagram- (Free) I never thought I would say that I have learned so much from a social media app but Instagram has been amazing for me.

This, coupled with the fact that the site was recently valued at $1.5 Billion (or 1.5 Instagrams) got me thinking... is it time to join the Bieber crowd?

So not a factor) it may be more for some people… but I just did a video on my social media (instagram acct) for this subject and I was shocked to find out that a PMI is only a factor for about 5 years (bc after 5 years of owning the home : the mortgage will be paid down enough and the value (appreciation at 5% average) will go high enough that you can take off the PMI with the lender.

This presenter was not a "guru" as many others on instagram and facebook claim, but she definitely had her own materials that she ended up endorsing at the end of the day. 

I want to find local people, but anytime I post on instagram or something I get tons of reaction from California, Florida, and North Carolina but hardly any Massachusetts based people.

Instagram can be impactful, as well, although growing your following may require more effort.
