For 25 years a company called VIP management  The "ran" this place called Hillcrest Park condominiums in Westchester County.  

Essentially, we don't pay our employers for a slot in their line up, our credentials/degree gets us a spot.

I don’t see a problem in making something “too nice “ if you mean slot of upgrades and stuff.
