Perhaps your landlord's health is rapidly declining?

We are seeing rapid appreciation here.

That is when there is a rapid rise like 50% per week or over 1000% cost increase.

The property is currently cash flowing at a great rate and in a rapidly appreciating area.

I charge a flat fee from buyers to assist them with wholesale deals in West Michigan and have wholesalers from Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Muskegon and other areas nearby just sending me their deals so I can push them out to my network of buyers.   

Also, do not rely on the rapid increases resulting from COVID; these increases are not sustainable.

I use the rapid lead paint testers on older homes.I also check the electrical panel for those that no longer meet code & check for a heavily corroded bus bar.
