While it's not BAD to have the home equity, the car, and the retirement account, understand that those things have little to no impact on your ability to achieve early financial freedom and that the vast majority of your wealth is likely deployed suboptimally in pursuit of your goals.

I am wanting to get a lot more active in my R/E pursuits and looking to network with good people in the area.  

I informed her I would only require entry for emergencies but she does not feel comfortable with this, and has asked to consider the lease null and void if I choose to pursuit this route.

I am also in pursuit of my first wholesale deal.  

Teaching lumbering government agencies about innovative new business models is probably not a winning pursuit.

Keeping all of your properties as a separate legal entities from any pursuit towards another entity should keep them legally  seperated if one LLC has money and the other does not.They might cost you some money but gives each one legally seperated, just in case.
