Atlanta-- is great for flipping or mainly new construction in what we refer to "Inside the Perimeter". 

It's a post-and-beam house, with a concrete block perimeter.

I get all the measurements right for my building and then I'm able to quickly know my floor area, wall perimeters, windows, etc.
