Any advice on how  a single mom can begin househacking in a HCOL or on the perimeter?

I currently invest and wholesale in the Atlanta area and some outside the perimeter.

There is a counter that people walk up to to order stuff.Most of them downtown surround a parking lot, cars parked inside the lot with carts around the perimeter facing the sidewalk.

Atlanta-- is great for flipping or mainly new construction in what we refer to "Inside the Perimeter". 

When you have the 1st & 2nd floor exterior walls insulated you need insulation between them in the floor joist area only along the perimeter and it only has to come in as far as the thickness of the framed walls.

In a large perimeter area its easy to follow but when the dividing lines are block by block it becomes subjective and too general.  

Probably the only thing they can do is support it, rather than try to raise it and replace the perimeter wall (which can be done, but may cause other problems).

While listing agents most likely already have perimeters set for what kind of offer they will present.If an investor wants to make a wholesale offer, whether that's price, or terms.

I go around the perimeter of the house with ant control pellets but anything that’s specific to their unit is on them financially.
