What we suggest is that the owner continue to cover the cost of the pool weekly keep up so that there’s no lapse or damage to the pool pumps motors or the pool itself You can include that in the cost of the rental so it will not be an added cost to you the owner.Remember that not everyone wants a pool, so you could potentially lose renters because they do not want a pool to deal with.I think there are enough people in the market that will want a pool so I do not see that as a detractor. 

Use a carbide blade on an oscillating tool, rather than the purpose-made grout-removal blades they sell to mount on recipro saw.This is kind of why white as a bathroom grout color never goes out of style.

No doubt the mounting student debt and increasing health care costs are a problem, but I wouldn’t call it a bubble and I don’t see how it would crash real estate.Real estate doesn’t crash over night.
