If you've had a license for eight years and don't know how to get a PM license in your state, then I would suggest you don't have sufficient knowledge or experience to take on the responsibility, particularly in a state that is very difficult to navigate. 

I called Home Depot Customer Service and they said they have no knowledge of any deals with BiggerPockets??

It basically means you know nothing if your only source of knowledge is what the GP said and wrote.

You have a lot of knowledge that we all need to tap into.
